Sven at Queens Plaza Park

Sven at Queens Plaza Park is a towering multi-family residential building and the first in New York to achieve LEED v4 New Construction (BD+C) Platinum certification. It’s located in the heart of Long Island City, in a bustling neighborhood with a wide range of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and cultural destinations. The building includes extensive amenity spaces designed to help residents flourish, whether that means relaxing, recharging, or enjoying a quiet moment. The anchor of the amenity spaces is the Library—easily identified by a stunning double-height blue glass feature wall that visually connects the upper and lower floors and a hallway. For the wall, Selldorf Architects selected our LEVELe Wall Panel System. Not only does it serve as a canvas for our color-matched VividGlass laminated glass, but it also incorporates a fully engineered panelized mounting solution to execute the designer’s vision.
